Develop resilience through a guided set of practices including Therapeutic Yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Meditation, and Cognitive Reframing. Class content changes regularly.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to class do not qualify for a refund. *Certain incidents or circumstances may qualify for credit toward a future class* Please note, class space is limited. If there are no available class openings for rescheduling, you may opt to be added to our waitlist.
